Day 1–2: Nairobi pickup point to Masai Mara Game Reserve – Big Five & Savannahs

Begin your adventure in the legendary Masai Mara, home to lions, elephants, leopards, and cheetahs. Enjoy daily game drives across vast golden plains and—if traveling during the season—witness the dramatic Great Migration.

Day 3: Lake Nakuru National Park – Flamingos & Rhinos

Explore the vibrant shores of Lake Nakuru, famous for its flamingo-lined alkaline lake and sightings of white and black rhinos, lions, and Rothschild’s giraffes.

Day 4–5: Lake Naivasha – Boat Safari & Birdlife and drop off at Nairobi pickup point

Conclude your safari at Lake Naivasha, a freshwater lake surrounded by lush vegetation and rich birdlife. Take a boat safari to spot hippos and visit Crescent Island for a walking safari among giraffes and antelopes. Transfer back to Nairobi drop off point.

Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi to Masai Mara

Day 1 Nairobi to Masai Mara Pick up from the airport or hotel by our tour guide/ driver, short introduction, begin your drive to Masai Mara, driving along the Great Rift Valley to Masai Mara. Stop over on the way for sightseeing the geographical wonder and then pass by an old Chapel built in 1942 by the Italian POW’s. Continue our drive along the countryside and reach a place called Narok. This is the last town for the relatively urbanized Masai before we enter the bush. Arrive by noon, check in for refreshment and lunch. Take Some time to stretch and relax followed by an evening game drive inside the Masai Mara National Reserve. Back to the lodge for sun-downer dinner and sleepover.

Day 2

Masai Mara

Full day spent exploring the park in search of the big 5. Take full advantage of what the Mara has to offer. Birding can also be done throughout the year with the reserve having a record of over 570 species of birds, with more than 50 bird species of prey which include: Eagles, vultures, storks, and many others. The Mara is one of the most famous ecosystems in the world and with reason, this huge expansion is home to an astonishing variety of wildlife, difficult to believe, over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You might be lucky to see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes, and elephant. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. Dinner & overnight stay at the camp.

Day 3

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru

This day after morning breakfast, have a short briefing by our driver/guide and then have an optional visit to the Masai Village for some cultural orientation and to support the villagers by buying curios and artefacts. Begin your drive to Lake Nakuru, you will have a short stop over at Narok town, proceed to Nakuru arriving on time check in for lunch and refreshment, an evening game drive at Nakuru National Park, best known for the black Rhino, Buffalo and many more after game drive back to the lodge for dinner and sleep over.

Day 4

Lake Nakuru to Lake Naivasha

Early morning game drive at Lake Nakuru then back to the lodge for breakfast followed by check out on time from the lodge, short introduction then begin your drive to Lake Naivasha. Arrival at Lake Naivasha on time for lunch and refreshment followed by evening game drive at Lake Naivasha. Later back to the lodge for dinner and sleepover.

Day 5

Lake Naivasha to Nairobi

Morning breakfast from the lodge followed by check out on time, short introduction then begin your drive back to Nairobi with stopover for sightseeing then continue with the drive to Nairobi. Our driver will drop you off at the airport to catch your flight or hotel or preferred to drop off point for your next destinations.
